DELIVERY

On the-sub.com we offer different delivery options. The delivery options, shipping times and costs offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

• Standard 2 to 4 days delivery when ordered before 3pm
• Pick up service: you can also pick up your order at the UPS Access Point you choose. This is possible with standard delivery timings.

In all cases, our partner UPS will do their best to get all orders as soon as possible delivered.

Delivery of the Products will only take place within the Lisbon district. (Alenquer, Amadora, Arruda dos Vinhos, Azambuja, Cadaval, Cascais, Lisbon, Loures, Lourinhã, Mafra, Odivelas, Oeiras, Sintra, Sobral de Monte Agraço, Torres Vedras, Vila Franca de Xira)

Individuals who receive the alcoholic drinks must be at least 18 years old. The delivery driver can request to see ID. If nobody of 18 years or older is present to receive the alcoholic drink, the delivery driver is legally permitted to refuse delivery of the alcoholic drink and/or attempt to deliver at a later stage, without being legally bound to do this.

FREE SHIPMENT ABOVE 45 €

If you order above 45 € you will get free shipping costs. You are charged €10 shipping costs for orders below 45 €.  

Please note that minimum order value in the webshop is €15.

RETURNS

You can cancel your order within 30 days after you receive the package. To cancel your order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel and return your package without any costs. You can contact us by:

2) Fill out the  Cancellation Form and send it to our Customer Service team by e-mail [email protected]

Once we receive your cancellation our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pickup service. No shipping costs are incurred by the customer.

Please note we can only reimburse the purchase price to the bank account or credit card that was used to buy THE SUB and TORPS.
